KEYS Azalea Bunkered LNG for the LNG-fuelled Bulk Carrier Under Construction at TSUNEISHI -- First Ship-to-Ship LNG Bunkering at a Shipyard in West Japan --

On February 2, KEYS Azalea, an LNG bunkering vessel owned and operated by KEYS Bunkering West Japan Ltd. ("KEYS")1 bunkered LNG for the LNG-fuelled bulk carrier under construction at Tsuneishi Factory of TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING Co., Ltd. (Fukuyama, Hiroshima) by Ship-to-Ship bunkering2.


Until now, KEYS Azalea has bunkered for LNG-fuelled vessels already in operation. This is the first bunkering for a vessel under construction at a shipyard by Ship-to-Ship bunkering for KEYS Azalea and in West Japan.


KEYS will continue to provide safe and stable LNG bunkering and contribute to forming a carbon-neutral society and developing the LNG bunkering business in Japan.
